After a somewhat busy February, we look forward to a Lenten season filled with slow times, prayer and study. Our annual Soup Suppers begin on Thursday, March 1 at 6:00 pm. We will continue on consecutive Thursdays - 8, 15, 22, and 29 - at 6:00 each time. In addition to wonderful soups provided by our Good Shepherd cooks, we will study 'Harvesting Hope', our Bishop's Strategic Plan for the diocese. The evening will close with worship led by various worship leaders of the congregation.
The monthly Sewing time will be on Monday, March 12 beginning at 9:00. For a new project, we will make 'pillowcase dresses'.
Daughters of the King plan to meet on Monday, March 19 at 7:00.
Due to unexpected circumstances, we have discontinued the monthly First Friday singing time at the Long Term Care in Sundance. Now scheduled are sing times on Friday, May 4th, Friday July 6th, and Friday, December 7th.

What is happening in February, 2012
We continue with Holy Eucharist on the first, second and fourth Sundays, and Morning Prayer on the third and fifth Sundays.
A quiet day, led by Sr. Carol Bernice, is scheduled for Saturday, February 11 from 9:00 to 3:00. Bring your sack lunch; cookies and beverages will be provided by the Daughters of the King. Your donation will be accepted to help with Sr. Carol Bernice's expenses. She will focus on the subject of 'Prayer'. This will be a perfect way to get ready for the season of Lent. If you can come, let JoAnne Moore know at 283-1259 or kjamoor@gmail.com.

On Wednesday, February 21, join us in the parish hall for a spaghetti lunch with the Bear Lodge students.
Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper will be from 5:00 to 7:00 in the parish hall on Tuesday, February 21.
Ash Wednesday service will be at noon on February 22.
Bp. John Smylie joins us for his annual Visitation on Saturday and Sunday, February 25 and 26. More details to follow; he will preach and preside on Sunday.
